Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Zivv Mobility platform, utilizing our kinetic energy management systems, or engaging with our digital infrastructure, you signify your irrevocable consent to these Terms &Conditions.
This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Zivv Mobility. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all interaction with our ecosystem. Your continued use following any modification of these terms signifies acceptance of the revised framework.

Definitions
Kinetic Asset
Refers to any physical vehicle, charging apparatus, or battery module owned or managed by the Zivv network.
Ecosystem
The collective digital and physical infrastructure including mobile applications, cloud API, and hardware telemetry.
Energy Unit
The proprietary measurement of power transfer utilized for billing and performance telemetry.
Interface
Any touchpoint, digital or haptic, through which a user interacts with Zivv services.
Service Usage & Conduct
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to interact with the Zivv ecosystem. This privilege is contingent upon adherence to high-precision conduct standards:

- check_circleTampering with vehicle telemetry or firmware is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination.
- check_circleUsers are liable for the physical integrity of kinetic assets during active rental sessions.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, industrial designs, UI patterns, and kinetic luminance textures are the exclusive property of Zivv Mobility.
Reproduction, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution of our digital or mechanical blueprints constitutes a breach of international intellectual property laws. We defend our innovation with absolute precision.
Limitation of Liability
Zivv Mobility provides its ecosystem on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.99% kinetic uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Zivv be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our mobility services, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
Zivv reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the ecosystem at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and indemnity.
